    • This tool allows users to extract river profiles from DEM data and analyze the steepness index and concavity of one or more channels. It operates using ArcGIS 9.2 and MATLAB r14.

    • This tool helps users to collect longitudinal profile data in the field using a coupled laser rangefinder and GPS/GIS enabled PDA. The surveyor can 'shoot-in' terraces and channel widths and enter georeferenced information about bed morphology and character. (in preparation for release)
