User Forum
We have just created the bare bones of a forum so that users can pose and answer questions for eachother. This will increase the rate that questions get answered and create a lasting record of solutions to common problems. Each new tool will have its own discussion where a suite of different questions and responses can be filed. When you face an issue, look here for a solution and if none exists, post a question of your own.
You will have to create a user account to post messages and questions, but this is fast and painless. Promise.
